I worked at BirdLife International Tokyo from 2014 to 2020 and was involved in conservation work in the East Asian-Australasian Flyway. Through the work in BirdLife, I learnt severe situation of the migratory bird conservation and understood that there are a lot of knowledge gaps to be filled for conservation. I would like to contribute to the migratory bird conservation through our research of bird banding and monitoring.
